Does DueRoute replace my accounting software?+
No. DueRoute is invoice-only. Keep your accounting software for bookkeeping, expenses, and tax filing.
Can my client pay online?+
Yes. Connect Stripe for card payments, or accept payment by check, ACH, Venmo, cash, or anything else and mark the invoice paid manually.
How does DueRoute know when an invoice is opened?+
When your client visits the hosted invoice link, DueRoute records the view and updates the invoice status.
Do I have to use Stripe?+
No. Stripe is optional. You can send invoices and track payment manually without online payments enabled.
